My business is built on the principles of duty, honor, and integrity. As a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), I hold a fiduciary responsibility to all my clients and will always act in their's and their business's best interest. Not only will I complete work for clients that is to the highest standard, but I will also make sure that I understand each client's business and industry so that I may better advise him or her on how to optimize their financial position.
I will always perform work for my clients to the highest standard, and always be candid with the work I perform and its applicable fees. Too many accounting firms attempt to embellish the work they perform in order to increase the fees they may charge. I will never complete unnecessary work in order to increase my fees, and I will only ever charge for the actual time I work.
As said before I will always act in my clients' and their business's best interest; however, I will not perform this duty in a way that undermines my integrity. I will never break laws or rules while working for my clients, and similarly I will never advise my clients to break laws or rules in order to put them in a better financial position. I will always advise my client to conduct their business that is most financially advantageous for them and still within the bounds of local, state, and federal law.
Notary
for anyone who may need oaths administered, acknowledgements certified, or loan documents notarized
Bookkeeping
for any business which needs to track all income and expenses in an organized manner, and create financial statements at certain times of the year
Tax Advice and Preparation
for any individual or business which is trying to decrease their tax liability, and correctly file all relevant forms with the IRS
QuickBooks
for any business which may already have a bookkeeper, but is having difficulty learning and understanding the QuickBooks software
Business Registrations and Renewals
for any new business which needs to register with the State of Florida, or any business which is already registered and must renew
Business Income Loss
for any business that may have lost income due to an event or dishonest employee, and requires the amount of income lost calculated
Sales and Use or Payroll Taxes
for any business which needs help calculating sales and payroll taxes, or help with how to properly file the necessary paperwork

My family and I are relatively new to Florida, moving to the area in June of 2023. I am originally a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point, NY, and after graduating served eight years in the Army as a field artillery officer. During my time in the service I earned my MBA from Liberty University, and after fulfilling my contract decided to attend the University of Pittsburgh, where I earned my Master of Accounting and Business Analytics. After the pandemic in 2020, and the birth of our son in 2022, my wife and I decided we wanted to be closer to family. Since my parents already lived in the Hudson area and we knew that my in-laws were soon moving to the Spring Hill area, my family and I decided to pick up and move with our son and two dogs to Florida. We love living here and are continually working to become more a part of the community.
